EASTER SUNDAY
April 4 is Easter Sunday and the FBC choir will present the Easter Cantata at 10:30 AM. There will be no Sunday School and no evening service. Every one is invited to join us at 9 AM in the fellowship hall for a continental breakfast. Please bring breakfast items (muffins, doughnuts, bagels, milk, juice, etc.) coffee will be furnished.
PLEASE NOTE
Awana is still going strong with 20-25 children attending every week. As they play games, and memorize Bible verses each week they are able to earn “Awana bucks” to spend every other month at the Awana store. The Christmas season depleted items in the store. If you are able to help, we would appreciate items donated to restock. This not only includes new or gently used items for the children but also items older siblings and parents would like since the children enjoy shopping for them. Thank you for your help!
FAITH PROMISE
The Faith Promise is a financial commitment of giving to the Great Commission Fund (GCF) that you believe God will enable you to fulfill. The “faith” part comes from relying on God to provide for the “promise” you believe He is calling you to make. A Faith Promise commitment should not be entered into without much prayer and reflection. Consider the commitment as a process where you look back at God’s faithfulness to you and your family during the past year. The idea here is not faith to get from God but faith to give back to Him. Please place your Faith Promise card in the offering plate today.
