ATTENTION DEACON COMMITTEE

The regular scheduled monthly meeting for the Deacon Committee will be on Monday, June 21 at 7 p.m. All deacons are encouraged to attend this meeting.

CHURCH PHOTO DIRECTORY

Anyone wishing to submit photos for the Church Directory are asked to please bring their picture to the church office as soon as possible. The cost for submitted photo is $10.00. Also, if you have not viewed your proofs, the photographer will be here on Tuesday, June 22 from 5-7 p.m. This will be the last opportunity for you to view the proofs.

ROAD RALLY/COOK OUT

On Sunday, June 27 at 5:30 p.m., the men of the church will be treated to a cook out by the Alliance Women. Men, you will be given directions for a “Road Rally” that will end up at the church for food and fellowship. Ladies, please sign up to help with the food for this event. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Plans are in progress for Vacation Bible School. The dates are July 19-23 from 6-8 p.m. For more information, please see Jacqui Coleman or Amanda Rodriguez.

PRIMARY/PRETEEN CAMP

The dates for the Primary/Preteen camp will be July 12-16 at Lake Swan Camp. If you are interested in this camp, you can check it out online at lakeswan.com. Make your plans now for this camping activity.

LAKE AREA MINISTRIES

Please remember those in our area that are in need of help during the summer months. Please bring food items to the church or you can drop them off at the LAM office. Items that are needed are pre-packaged foods, baby needs, paper goods, etc. You can also make a cash donation that will help with electricity and medication that is needed. Your donations are greatly appreciated.

ATTENTION DEACONESS COMMITTEE

The regular scheduled monthly meeting for the Deaconess Committee will be on Monday, June 14 at 7 p.m. All deaconesses are encouraged to attend this meeting.

INDONESIAN MISSION TRIP

Thank you to all the helpers and donations given during the fish fry and bake sale. It was a success. Any IOU’s can be given to the office or David Geiger; marked fish fry or bake sale. Please continue to pray for the mission trip to Indonesia that is planned for early fall of this year.
